Construction of a 50 KW Solar Power Station project | Tayasir Village Council

The “Solar Power Project – Tayaseer” is a strategic initiative under the Subgrant Program aimed at implementing social and economic development projects in the so-called Area “C.” The project benefits approximately 3,249 residents of Tayaseer, with 16% of the population living in Area “C” and more than 50% belonging to marginalized groups, including women, youth, and children. It addresses the community’s need for sustainable energy solutions while supporting local economic development.

  1. Solar Power System: Installation of a 50 kW/hour solar system.
  2. Clean Energy Production: Generation of 6,650 kWh of clean energy monthly, replacing more than 10% of the village’s total monthly energy consumption with renewable energy.

  1. 12 new job opportunities created, prioritizing local and marginalized groups.
  2. 2% increase in the council’s 2024 budget as a result of the project.
  3. €1,000 monthly revenue generated from selling the produced energy to the local electricity provider.
